Meet the founder

Hi, I’m Christopher Richardson.

I founded Grow Pros after more than 20 years in construction and years of hands-on property preservation and roofing work. That experience taught me how to estimate accurately, purchase wisely, schedule crews, communicate clearly, fabricate repeatable products, control quality, operate equipment, and carry a project from the first conversation through the final walkthrough.

Grow Pros grew from a garden-consulting idea into a complete garden company. I wanted homeowners to have one accountable professional who could plan the crops, build the structures, prepare the site, install the garden, and explain how to care for it.

Every package is built around controlled materials, repeatable jigs and templates, practical crop rules, and a defined installation process. My goal is simple: help Hampton Roads families grow fresh food, spend more time outside, and turn an underused yard or patio into a beautiful, productive place.
